On April 9-10, Gethsemane Church celebrated its 22nd anniversary. It was a special time to look back and thank the Lord what He had done in and through our church over this long period, thank the faithful church members themselves and heed the invited speakers’ messages to encourage us continue steadfastly in the Lord.

DAY 1

Conference «RISE AND WALK!»

Pastor Valeriy Marchenko began with a prayer for the Holy Spirit to run the event. Brother Valeriy Korop, a household name for praise and worship in Ukraine, visited the church to lead us in enjoying a beautiful worship time. 

A Polish visiting pastor Dariush gave an encouragement to continue to serve the Lord faithfully. Pastor Igor Alferov from Kyiv, who had been doing interchurch family ministry trainings at our church for more than a year, came to give his words of thanks and greeting. Director of the international mission -Peace to Your Home- Victor Matveyev, who had teamed up with pastor Igor Alferov in the family work trainings at our church, likewise thanked the church for going strong in the Lord.

Bishop Anatoliy Kuzmich from Truskavets and pastor Vitaliy Andrushakevich from Drohobych arrived to greet pastor Valeriy and the church and thank for the brotherhood and common mins try we have in the Lord. Pastor Oleksandr Savchenko from Lviv’s church «House of God- and his wife came with cordcal greetings and hugs thanking the church for partnerign with their church in many social outreach projects in the city.

DAY 2

On Sunday, we had a big festive service with more special guests coming to speak. Missionary Olcna Nalivaiko from Kyiv talked about passion for evangelsim. Brother Dennis Skinner from the US, the leader of the Troika Ministry, visited the church with a greeting Pastor Vitaliy Bondarenko from the Emmanuel Church, Kyiv, spoke a message on church maturity, starting new churches and a deliverance ministry.

Presenting certificates of gratitude and gifts to honor church members for their faithful service. The youth greeted the church with a Christian song. Pastors from Kyiv, Poland and Pastor Valeriy blessing the church.
