Gethsemane youth took part in a 10-day inter-church youth summer camp in a Carpathian village of Oriv. The camp was named “The Army of Christ”. Every morning was set off with a powerful prayer and worship sendee, followed by rec time with numerous relays and sport tournaments. Evening services focused on the armor and equipment of a Christian for a spiritual warfare.

The special thing was that every evening there was a different pastor from a different church preaching on a different piece of Christian spiritual armor and battle clothing. Pastor Valeriy Marchenko of Gethsemane, Lviv, for one, talked on the importance of the breastplate of righteousness. We thank God for allowing the youth refresh their understanding og how important they arc for Christ and what special role he has for them in the ongoing spiritual battle.
