Gethsemane Church and Social Organization “Future Parents of Ukraine” conducted a Bible quiz for pupils of Law Gymnasium (Lviv) dedicated nationwide day of the Bible. The Christians begin everything with a prayer, so before the holiday the children, teachers and organizers of the festival (the volunteers of “Future Parents of Ukraine”) asked God’s blessing on the feast of the Bible in prayer “Our Father”. Church music group “Gethsemane” sang beautiful Ukrainian song about God’s Word.

More than 150 children – pupils of 5th and 6th grades of Law Gymnasium participated in Bible Quiz. The master of the event, the head of “Future parents of Ukraine”, – Pavlo Vasikov lead a quiz, questions which were based on the Word of God. There was a Bible on each table. The Competitors were able to find the right answers in the Bible. Between the competitions children happily sang children’s songs.

The competition jury included a teacher and a volunteer of “Future Parents of Ukraine” – Semchenko Svitalana (right). The children actively and joyfully took part and answered all questions quiz. Participants of the winning team were awarded certificates of the Bible Quiz 2011. All the students got Children’s Gospel as a gift. Another gift – Gospel pocket size, which is always convenient to carry. After the holiday the children were interviewed by the satellite channel CNL.
