Main topic of festive church service and seminars dedicated to evangelization was last saying of Jesus Christ to his disciples – “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:18). Service started with glorifying songs and thanks giving to Lord Jesus Christ.

Head church pastor Marchenko Valeriy, congratulated the church with 18 th anniversary of serving God and told about the main topic of 3days seminar “…go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…” – this is the main life mission of every Christian who believes in Jesus Crist.

Anointing of Deacons.

Second part of service had anointing of deacons to ministry done by head pastor of “Emmanuil” church Vitaliy Vozniuk and chief pastor of “Gethemane” church Valeriy Marchenko, all the church blessed new deacons in prayer. Brother Andrew Muradian – the deacon of music service, made his solemn oath about faithfulness to God, “Gethemane” church and ministry to Lord.

WATER BAPTISM

On the third day on Sunday festive church service started with Holy baptizing at water. Testament with God entered four saved souls.. So Jin came from far Korea to study in Lviv and it was here that God touched her heart and she recognized Lord Jesus as her Lord and the Savior. “Brother Yan Chen, I baptize you in The name of Farther and The Son and The Holy Spirit!”

“Sister Olga, do you believe in Lord Jesus Christ? Blessing prayer for brother Victor Sedykh after baptizing. Sister Tamara Sedykh had prayed for many years after his husband Victor and today Lord answered the prayers – all family is saved!

Newly-baptized brothers and sisters received Bibles as gift for further spiritual growth as well as testimony of their baptizing and picture to memorize the day of baptizing. At the end of Church service bellowed church was greeted by children of club “Future Fathers of Ukraine”, they presented poems and songs about friendship, flowers were presented to newborns.

Youth music band “Gethemane” greeted Church and glorified God with new song – all together sang “Don’t be mute, don’t be mute but sing “Halelua” ! We thank God for showing us a way of true minister “…go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…”.
